For anyone who feels like you need artistic skills to participate in the free New Years Day “Shaping My Future” clay+meditation+journaling workshop, here is what I created during the clay activity at the creative intensive I went to at the beginning of November. It’s not about making something pretty. It’s about offering space for your deeper self to create something meaningful. This little creation cracked my creativity wide open. Journaling with this piece, it ‘told’ me that it represents the safety and nurturing that supports me as I give birth to some creative ’newness’.
